Terms and Conditions

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotor Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand (ABN 70 684 402 139) reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel the promotion, incentive, product offerings or specifications prior to purchase or for future promotions, subject to applicable laws.

1. Purchase eligible Thermaltake computer systems during the Promotion Period to be eligible for this promotion. Promotion Period: 1st Feb 2026 to 31st March 2026. This is not a cash rebate. Eligible claims will receive a Flexi eGift Card only.

3. This promotion is for retail purchases during the Promotion Period by Australian Residents only from participating and authorized resellers in Australia, while stocks last. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies (including but not limited to Thermaltake Resellers) associated with this promotion are ineligible. 
4. Participating products must be ordered and paid for within the offer’s promotional period. Claims cannot be made on back-ordered systems where the invoice date falls outside the Promotion Period. The tax invoice must contain legible and legitimate details of the store including store name, ABN, address, phone number and product code or name.  
5. The tax invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, tax invoice number, purchase date, eligible product code or name. The purchase date is determined by the date on the store tax invoice submitted by the customer with the claim. 
6. Photos of the packaging or box alone will not be accepted. The serial number must be clearly visible on the actual system itself.
7. All claims must be submitted via the online claim form by 11:59pm AEST on 19 April 2026. No extensions will be given under any circumstances. Redemption is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not exchangeable for cash or other goods or services.
8. Each System purchase requires a separate Claim. Only one claim per product (serial number) per invoice is made. Any unclaimed eGift Cards will remain the property of Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way.  
9. Upon registering on the Thermaltake promo online form, the Flexi eGift card will be sent to the registered email address within 21 - 30 days after the promotion has concluded and the claim has been approved. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct email address in order to receive the bonus eGift Card. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid. 
10. All claims are subject to verification by Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand. Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to reject any claim which does not comply with these terms and conditions. Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries or other communications. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, Thermaltake Australia & New Zealand reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
